About the Company

We are a rapidly growing mobile games studio, founded by a team of industry veterans from some of the biggest names in mobile games such as King, Peak Games, Facebook, and Product Madness. About the Role

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing London office of about 50 staff. You will have a wide scope of responsibilities including staff management, event and travel coordination, financial administration and general assistance to the management team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
  • Organising company events, conferences and various scheduling tasks
  • Managing office orders of equipment and supplies
  • Assisting with employee travel and bookings
  • Monitoring staff performance review process and attendance
  • Keeping personnel records up to date
  • Admin support for HR functions
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Monitoring Staff Sick Days and Vacations
