About the Role

We are looking for a LiveOps Creative Manager who will manage the LiveOps Creative team and help drive player engagement in our gaming portfolio. As a Creative Manager in the LiveOps team you will work closely with extremely talented artists as well as the Product and Operations managers to ensure that the LiveOps art team will produce compelling, captivating and high-quality assets to be used across a range of channels both in-game (Pop-Ups, Stores, Messages) and out of game (emails, Push Notifications, Social Media). You will use data and experience to drive better engagement from your players through design, composition and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the LiveOps art team.
  • Create the ongoing promotional creative assets in the game that are seen by millions of players every day.
  • Work on a wide variety of products and channels to deliver amazing and on-brand creatives that drive revenue and engagement.
  • Work closely with the LiveOps and Product Teams, along with Game Artists, Technical Artists and QA to optimize the performance and drive results
  • Ensure that the created assets champion the game narrative and brand guidelines
  • Create concept art and templates for promotions.

You will have the chance to get to work on our top downloaded and grossing games to create player engagement campaigns across channels, learn about the player base, user experience, and get your work seen by millions. You will enjoy the benefits of working on the most technologically advanced tools in the gaming industry and help build them up even further.


  • 5+ years of experience working on Game Art / LiveOps / Games Marketing.
  • At least 1  year of experience managing an art team.
  • Exceptional 2D art skills, specifically graphic design and illustration.
  • Excellent personal art style and ability to adapt to existing brand styles.
  • Exceptional eye for typography, composition and messaging.
  • Good understanding of UX principles.
  • Data and result-driven. Good understanding of A/B testing.
  • Professional experience with the Adobe suite of tools.
  • Great communication skills, teamwork, collaboration and positive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and implement ideas in a changing environment.
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with American pop culture and market – an asset.
  • Experience in marketing creative writing – an asset.
  • Working knowledge 3D platforms is an asset.
