About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our international IT Support team, working across multiple locations around the globe to support our fast-growing team with their software and hardware management. You would be working with a highly creative, and high performing team, who are creating games played by millions of users.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage our internal helpdesk service for software and hardware configuration, hardware purchases and repair, licences, SaaS access etc
  • Keep the internal inventory of all employee workstations, bringing them to a single configuration standard and monitoring timely upgrades
  • Regularly audit software and licences
  • Planning for the budgeting and purchase of hardware and licences, supplier management, control, and budget optimisation
  • Maintaining the security of our internal IT infrastructure, creating and deleting accounts and access rights for mail, jira, slack, printer, video conferencing, office access system etc
  • New employee setup
  • Closing access and deleting accounts for people leaving the company
  • Writing IT support documentation for employees


  • You are an advanced user of Apple software and hardware
  • Experience with Google Workspace services, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), and Mobile Device Management
  • Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions quickly
  • Discipline, attention to detail, organised, with good planning skills and time management
